I am absolutterly delighted with my new blinds and would definitely use Bluebell Blinds again and certainly would recommend them.

Ash arrived at the time he had given me on both occasions and was friendly, polite and very professional, despite our overly friendly dog.

He was very knowledgeable and helpful when I was choosing them and left everywhere tidy when fitting, I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Arrived on time; cheerfully and politey diagnosed the problem then fixed the blinds rapidly. We were impressed by such a helpful and positive attitude to such a relativley small job and would not hesitate to approach Bluebell Blinds in the future and for larger projects.

Since lockdown, we’ve talked about getting a motorised awning for a very hot corner of our garden as we were forever moving our heavy umbrella shade, which wasn’t ideal.

Last year we made enquiries and were quite shocked at how expensive they were and therefore we never went ahead. A few months ago, a friend mentioned to me that some local firms that do blinds also do awnings, so we started a bit of research and came across Blue Bell Blinds and noticed that yes, they indeed do awnings! I therefore contacted Pat Barker and he arranged to come and visit us. What an absolutely lovely man, so polite and friendly and definitely no pushy sales tactics. He showed us the model they do and provided a huge selection of materials of every colour. We chose a lovely mocha colour and the next day Pat provided us with a quotation which was practically half the price of the ones that we were previously looking at! We felt very excited, and the order was duly placed.

About three weeks later Pat rang to say that it had arrived from the Supplier and an installation date was agreed. Ash (Pat’s son) and Matt turned up on the day and did a fantastic job! Really lovely people, extremely courteous and hard-working. It was pure joy to see it the awning extending for the first time via the remote control.

Now that we finally had some hot weather this weekend, we are literally over the moon with our new awning; we really could not be more pleased. A huge bonus is that it also shelters our kitchen window from the blaring sun; historically we would always have to have the blind down, blocking out the view into the garden.

We will definitely be spending more time outside this summer, and will eat more outside too, now that we have a cool corner of the garden.

I cannot recommend Blue Bell Blinds highly enough for the service, product, installation, and the absolutely lovely people that they are.
