I was being a right royal pain - I wanted a very specific type of frame that wouldn't look like uPVC. Chris absolutely nailed it and I am so pleased with the results. In my village everything is stone so white just won't cut it. Chris turned it around in super-fast time and I am delighted with my window and his service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Summary:
First time to look at a window where the rubber seal had gone and I could not afford to have new double glazing.
Second time conservatory door had dropped and needed adjusting.
Comments:
First time I rang Chris he was down the same day to see what the problem was as condensation was getting between the double glazing units. He assessed what needed doing and measured the unit and said that he could replace and reseal the unit at a price much lower than I would have been quoted by my usual installer and would be back in about 3 days with a new sealed unit, which actually I had reservations about as I expected to wait longer than that, but true to his word he arrived 3 days later with a new sealed unit and did a perfect job.
Second time we were having difficulty with our conservatory door as it had dropped and had become increasingly difficult to lock. Chris arrived bang on time on the day he said he would and rectified the problem in a very short time at a very reasonable cost.
A genuine decent tradesman, the likes of which are difficult to find nowadays; I would have no hesitation in recomending him to anyone.

Chris also very kindly fixed a kitchen window with a loose handle and retrieved a broken key in window lock for no extra charge.
The price for the glass door was considerably cheaper than other well known glaziers/window fitters.
I would highly recommend Chris and certainly use him again.
