Our previous upstairs door and window furniture were a gold colour. Having had new internal doors fitted with brush chrome handles, we needed to replace the window handles for consistency.

Chris is exceptionally efficient, he is like a whirlwind! From his time of arrival, he got straight on the job and had all the window handles replaced in no time at all. He sourced these brush chrome ones (at a great price!) and they match the door handles perfectly. 

In addition to that task, he completed several other jobs with the same level of efficiency and skill, demonstrating his expertise in his trade.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris to anyone.

Chris immediately identified the cause of the problem, stripped the door down, and realigned it. He adjusted the locking mechanism so it is now smoother than the day it was installed.

My only regret is having spent so much time needlessly struggling with a sticking door!

The back-door handle had been 'clicking' when you pressed it down. This had gone on for several months and I evenutally called Chris in as I felt that it could break at any point! We thought that we may need a new lock but Chris dealt with it very quickly and efficiently by replacing an internal spring.

Whilst here we asked him to quote for a replacement sealed unit in the downstairs WC -he came back today to fit that and was super quick with the job which was carried out to a very high standard.

He also had a look at the lock of one of our internal doors that had become difficult to open and sorted that super quick too!

Punctual, knowledgeable, competent and a really nice personable chap.
