Alan arrived for our initial meeting, and I found him to be professional, friendly and very polite. We discussed various options together, and he was helpful with the planning to ensure we stayed within my budget. He provided a quotation, which I was very happy with and provided a clear timeline, which the team adhered to consistently. They arrived on time each day and kept me informed about their schedule. 

The team were equally friendly and very polite. They were also respectful of my property, even taking the time to clean the stairs and hallway afterward.

I felt completely at ease leaving a key with them while I was out, as they demonstrated a high level of trustworthiness. 

The new bathroom looks amazing, and my kids absolutely love it too. With another project in the pipeline, I look forward to having them back for additional work.

From the outset, I was impressed with Alan’s professionalism and promptness. He quickly addressed my requirements and was more than willing to fulfil my requests, including the ordering of a new shower, for which I was extremely appreciative. 

Louis, who carried out the work, arrived promptly and I have to admit that he was one of the best plumbers we have ever encountered. This wasn't a straightforward job but his workmanship was exceptional, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to perfection. For instance, in my older home, the screws of the previous shower screen were loose and kept popping out due to the age and irregularity of the wall, but Louis skilfully resolved this issue using filler and plaster, leaving the new installation secure and stable. 

Furthermore, he demonstrated great initiative by addressing the aesthetic inconsistency between the original white shower handles and the new ones that had a silver part. He cleverly replaced the silver with the white from the old handles, achieving a consistent look that I truly appreciated.

After completing the job, he meticulously cleaned up the area, removing all packaging and ensuring that surfaces were polished, even mentioning his habit of eliminating any fingerprints left behind, which I found particularly impressive.

Overall, the entire experience with AG Plumbing & Heating was outstanding. I enquired on a Tuesday, and by Friday, all the work was completed at a very reasonable price.
