We are over the moon with our new wet room.

Paul and his team paid attention to detail, communication and cleanliness at all times.  We were advised of any trouble spots which were dealt with seamlessly and we were impressed with the quality of the final results which exceeded our expectations.

I have used Paul before on a previous extension, so when I decided to have another one completed it was a no brainer. From the start you are in safe hands with Paul, he will give you a fair itemised costing on the project and will discuss any ideas or possible ajustments, he will conduct a site visit and discuss everything with you and follow up with comms.

Their time-keeping is excellent, always on time, smart and hard working. They will talk through what they want to achieve for the day, keeping you informed fully during the build. The quality of workmenship is second to none. Paul is obsessed in getting it as perfect as he possibly can and is not happy unless he does so.

Paul will call on other trades if required and he project manages them to the same standard. We are very happy with the end result, thank you Paul and Westhorpe Developments, I have no problem at all in recommending them and would re-employ when the next job needs doing.

My initial requirement was to renovate the kitchen. From our first meeting, Paul impressed me with his friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge, which gave me confidence in his expertise. He offered insightful recommendations on various kitchen elements, especially regarding the ideal worktop selection.

I was so pleased with the kitchen that I requested a quote for additional projects in my home. They installed some beautiful fitted wardrobes, along with a fresh decoration of the upstairs and the addition of new metal spindles on the staircase, all of which have received numerous compliments.

Their punctuality, tidiness, and respect for my property was great; they used adhesive carpet protectors and ensured a thorough cleanup after each task. Communication was excellent throughout the projects, and they demonstrated a strong commitment to quality.

I have already recommended their services to others and will continue to do so.

I contacted Paul after seeing his impressive work on a previous project that aligned perfectly with our vision. 

He is a genuinely nice person, and I felt an immediate rapport with him. From the outset, both Paul and his son Red demonstrated a high level of professionalism and showed great respect for our property. They laid down boards before the skip arrived and erected barriers to ensure our dogs remained safe. Their conscientious and considerate approach was truly appreciated.

While the screeded floor was drying, Paul and Red efficiently installed two new patios in our garden. All the quality of their craftsmanship is exceptional, and our new orangery looks fantastic!

From the very first meeting with Paul at the initial property, what I liked was the fact that he listened to what I wanted and he understood my perspective. I found him easy to get on with and throughout both projects, we developed good rapport and a strong working relationship. 

The renovations on the first property included removing a chimney and repairing the roof, where I was pleased to see Paul source reclaimed roof tiles that closely matched the originals. The bathroom underwent a complete overhaul, featuring new plastering, waste pipe, tiles, flooring, and a full suite installation, resulting in a stunning transformation. Additionally, he skimmed the ceilings in four rooms and redecorated them.

In the second rental, the bathroom was also ripped out to make way for a new wet-room. The entire process was efficient and timely; despite having given Paul keys to both properties, he kept me informed of the progress, and I frequently visited to check on the work. The quality of his craftsmanship is outstanding. 

Both Paul and his son Red are genuinely lovely people who are highly skilled. I have more projects planned for these properties, and Westhorpe Developments will be my first port of call. 

I would highly recommend them without any reservations.
