We had a tendering process for this work and were impressed with the offering from Replacement Fascias, who we gave the contract to.

Prior to the work commencing, I had a site meeting with Rod to explain what needed doing and found him to be very professional, with good ideas and tips for the specification of the work required.

Unfortunately, due to bad weather, the start date for the scheduled work had to be moved and Rod again showed his professionalism by creating a flyer, which he hand-delivered to all the residents, informing them of the delay.

Once the job had started, various post-work inspections were made and I was extremely pleased with the quality of products used and the neat and tidy job that had been carried out.

Great company to deal with, excellent communication throughout the project, high quality products used and I would not hestiate to recommend them.

I have complete faith in this company, everything they do, they do extremely well. In addition to fascias and guttering, they can tackle any home improvement work. I recommend them to all my friends and family (e.g., they have done work at the homes of my two daughters) and they have all been equally pleased with the high standards of work. They have a great local reputation, are professional, genuaine, friendly, very personable, trustworthy, honest and have a great sense of humour. They are a credit to what Safe Local Trades stands for.
