Upon emailing the company (Mark), I received a reply almost immediately. The reply was to the point and had all the information I needed to make a decision on having a TV wall mounted on an internal plaster board wall.
Over the next couple of days I needed answers to a couple of questions and nothing was too much bother for Mark to answer. Through no fault of this company we decided to buy a TV stand due to the location in the room. After emailing Mark to tell him we were cancelling, I received a very nice email from him saying please do not hesitate to contact them in future if any work was required. I think it shows more about a company how they respond following a cancellation than a booking and I would be more than happy to contact Mark and PVS in future.

Summary:
Resolve issue with amp/splitter to three TV points.
Comments:
PVSAV engineer arrived on time and his experience really showed. The problem was identified within a couple of minutes. Although the plan was to fit a new splitter/amp, this wasn't needed. He found that another company who had fitted a new aerial a few years ago had disconnected some of the Sky wiring that delivered power to the existing terrestrial splitter/amp which had been left disconnected in the loft. He switched a plug on the Sky box, did some minor wiring/plug changes in the loft and reconnected the old amp which was he said was perfectly good. He then manually retuned all three TVs and showed us how to access the channels, including Freeview HD and Sky. The engineer could easily have upsold the job to sell us a new splitter/amp or even an aerial, but the fact he didn't says a lot about the professionalism and integrity of this company. Price was very reasonable for what was done. Would recommend.
