We had a leaking downpipe and called in Pristine Gutters. We had a prompt site visit to diagnose problem and received a detailed quote the next day which we accepted. The work was done a few days later.

The work was carried out to a high standard, all old fittings removed and our front garden was left clean and tidy. What more can you ask!

This is the second job that Pristine Gutters have done for us. We recommend them and will use again if required.

The guys were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. We only wanted the gutters cleaned initially but Adrian pointed out some faults in the guttering joints and repaired these too. Adrian did a very good job of cleaning out my gutterings recenly. I found him very friendly, punctual and efficient. When the job was finished it was like he had never been as everything was so neat and tidy.

We had to call Adrian to fix a leaking gutter joint which became apparent in the recent periods of rain. Water was cascading from the gutter damaging the brickwork, soaking our garden, creating noise and causing similar damage to my neighbours home. It needed to be repaired p.d.q to stop further problems. It was an emergency.

Adrian came, diagnosed the problem, briefed me throughout the process and gave a fair estimate to complete the job. He spent approximately 3 hours fixing the problem. His attention to detail and all round professionalism was a real pleasure to see and experience.

We are confident that the problem is now resolved, and we will not hesitate to use Pristine Gutters for any future problems so well-done Adrian.
