Jon did an excellent job. Despite encountering unexpected problems which meant that the glass had to be smashed to be removed, Jon kept to the original quoted price. He politely declined my offer of paying him more. What a gentleman and an excellent professional who knows what he is doing. Thoroughly recommended!!

Having been let down twice by another company who told us we needed three hinges replacing, we contacted Nene Valley Repairs and spoke with Jon who arranged for Andrew to visit and look at the work required.

He turned up, checked over the windows and immediately fixed two of them without needing to replace the hinges and came back a few days later to replace the one broken hinge.

He spent time going over and explaining various options we had for our front door fittings.

Jon was able to come out within a day or two of calling for a quote. He was very friendly, fixed the broken window gearbox and gave advice on window maintenance and how to replace the handle which was on its way out. I would definitely use Nene Valley uPVC Repairs again for any future work. 

After having obtained a quote from another company which we were not happy with, we called Nene Valley uPVC Repairs.  We spoke with Andrew's dad who was very helpful. He arranged for Andrew to come and have a look at the job for us the following day. We were very impressed with Andrew's advice on how he could fix the problem together with an estimate of how much it would cost to fix our doors. Andrew was able to come back the following day to do the repairs for us.  We now have fully working patio doors. 

We would not hesitate calling Nene Valley again in the future should any further problems arise with our doors or windows.  High recommended!

Problem solved very quickly with an expalnation of wht was needed. Handle was replaced swiftly. Jon was polite, cheerful and efficient.

Nene Valley uPVC came and managed to get them open and to a state where we could open and shut them without needing to replace the handle. He also gave us advice on how to keep the windows in good working order.
