Having been let down twice by another company who told us we needed three hinges replacing, we contacted Nene Valley Repairs and spoke with Jon who arranged for Andrew to visit and look at the work required.
He turned up, checked over the windows and immediately fixed two of them without needing to replace the hinges and came back a few days later to replace the one broken hinge.
He spent time going over and explaining various options we had for our front door fittings.
Brilliant, friendly, efficient and reliable service.
We have already recommended him to family and friends and will definitely be back in contact if we need further work doing.
