Responded to my call for help very quickly. Michael and Russell listened carefully to my description of the problem and came to a conclusion about the cause based on their experience. Suggested a corrective action with an approximate cost. The work was carried out speedily and with care, resulting in a complete cure of the problem. The cost was very reasonable considering we had the expert attention of two experienced men for 1.5 hours, plus the supply and fitting of the new parts. Excellent!

I had a chap clear my gutters last week and he told me that part of the aerial cable was in the gutter and was obviously causing a blockage. I rang Michael this morning and he was able to come and have a look very promptly. The service I got was fantastic - I have had bad reception on my TV's for a while now and Michael and Russell sorted all my problems out and I felt that I received great value for money. I also felt that they were both very honest and trustworthy and genuinely nice people; I will happily recommend them to friends and family.

I have now had several different members from Safe Local Trades and they have all been marvellous - it will always be my first port of call when I need any tradespeople.

Went to visit my wife's property and Michael not only sorted the problem but another one too, raised by the tenant, there and then, and did it at a very reasonable price. Have recommended him since and will use again without hesitation.
