Robin responded to my initial enquiry promptly. He visited to asses the job when he said he would and also gave a competitive quote. Robin and his team arrived on time every morning and worked efficiently and effectively. He was easy to speak to and would make sure I was happy with how the job was progressing, discussing my requirements before carrying on. The job was completed on time and to a high standard and has drawn complimentary comments from the neighbours. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jigsaw. 

Excellent... highly recommend. When considering having a drop kerb done plus additional work there was no point looking elsewhere... we wasted our time trying to get quotes from other businesses. Jigsaw promptly responded and delivered the goods.

They arrived before time and started promptly.

They were professionally presented having all the equipment to complete the job and for protecting the public. I was particularly impressed with the signs they'd place a little distance away from our house to warn the public that work was in progress. They appeared not to cut any corners in complying with government regulations. They completed a clean job. Very pleased with the completed job.

Also I was impressed that they responded to my initial enquiries promptly whereas other tradesmen said they'd contact with a quote but they were sloppy and unprofessional in their response or failed to respond. Jigsaw was prompt in all matters.

He turned up when he said he would and cleaned up everyday; he's a nice chap, easy to get on with and honest.

Just when at quote stage, discuss patterns as some cost a little more.

Fantastic work over the two days. Neat and tidy when clearing up as if he had never been there! Very professional standard and a nice, friendly man to deal with. Robin helped us to fill in the necessary paperwork to apply for the drop kerb, which was very useful.

They confirmed work was to start as booked in a phone call the day before they arrived as promised, and carried out the work as discussed. They removed the existing driveway then dug out around 6 to 9 inches of soil (did not actually measure it but was around 3 courses deep). This was then replaced with hardcore and tamped down using a large roller before being topped with granite chips. Finished job today and so far very pleased with the whole experience given and work done.

Excellent inital advise from Rob. A fair price was agreed and work was carried out when promised and completed in the estimated time. Very impressed with the speed and quality of the work and very satisfied with the completed job. I can recommend Jigsaw Block Paving.
