Comments:
Excellent and friendly service from first phone enquiry, to completion of a high quality installation. The two young installers worked continuously from arrival to darkness and left us with the feeling that we had chosen an excellent firm.

Summary:
They replaced all my guttering, downpipes, soffitts, fasicas and fitted leaf guard and also clad a porch canopy.
Comments:
I like to use local companies if I can but obviously I wanted to check around to avoid getting ripped off by some cowboy outfit. I had heard about Safe Local Trades some time ago and it was an obvious course of action to check on there first. It helped that there was only one or two suitable companies for this kind of job and I liked that the company I chose specialised in what I wanted, rather than it be a side line or offshoot of some other enterprise.
I should really have got a couple of quotes but I knew my neighbours had got a similar job done last year so I checked my quote against theirs and it was extremely favourable. I also read the reviews of the chosen company and was very impressive so I went against my own rule and signed the order there and then. However, I was reassured by the small print confirming I could cancel if I got cold feet and also that they agreed to waiver a deposit!
Work began on the promised day and finished on the second day apart from a very small remainder which was finished on the 3rd January in howling gales! I marked the tidiness down slightly only because when the poor guys finished the job in total darkness, they missed a few bits of rubbish and due to the messy nature of the job I had a bit of clearing up to do. However all of the removed wood and old gutters was neatly piled up in the front garden and was collected in a few days by their driver.
The 2-man team consisted of very friendly and helpful guys, and the boss was extremely helpful too.
Overall I am delighted with the expert job done and the very good value. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The fitters did a fantastic job: no messing about, they went straight to work to produce a high quality result, and at the end of the day all rubbish collected and the place left clean. Kev and Steve were very punctual and got straight to work removing the old facias and gutters. They kept the work area tidy at all times and were very polite and kept me regularly informed of what they were doing. The workmanship was of a very high quality and was completed in one day but they did return to complete a hop and down pipe as this was not on their worksheet.

Very professional team. Arrived early. Checked around the house to ensure they had everything they needed and then I just left them to get on with the job. Not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but well worth every pound. The area was left clean and tidy afterwards. Thank you.
