Having suffered great incompetence for two years on a large rebuild, building companies and their suppliers have to be top rate to pass my critical eye to end up with praise.

Seven years ago, Nick fitted the kitchen I just inherited and several of the doors had been damaged. Nick remembered the job and the name of the finish of the kitchen doors and had the ordered their replacements. He kept me advised of the progress of the order, which arrived within the two weeks as promised. With no request to do so, Mr Hurford delivered the doors, free of charge, together with the relevant paperwork. Perfect - a joy to deal with as it should be of course. Few companies actually provide  a service nowadays let alone such an efficient one as this.

This installation was a very pleasurable experience. The team are professional and courteous at all times, we were given accurate lead times and informed of any delay promptly. Kitchen has been fitted meticulously to plan and the area left clean and tidy after each working day.

Carl provided a brilliant service by sourcing and replacing a part for our integral dishwasher. A very professional company giving a fantastic service from start to finish. Would highly recommend them.

At first we were unsure whether we would end up buying this property. Another local kitchen supplier was not even interested in quoting at that stage. Nick took time to prepare and cost a plan and then stuck with us until we got the go ahead.
