Carefully measured area to fit the door - visited twice just to make sure. The area being fitted was not standard and they had to make a few adjustments on the day but at no extra cost. Initial quote given was the final amount paid. Communication excellent - very quick and courteous. Fitted in with my work schedule very well. Very pleased with the product and the work completed, would definitely recommend.
