Dave is a prompt, polite worker who turned up when he said and left the place tidy after finishing. I would recommend him to anyone.

It was a Saturday afternoon and I didn't expect Dave to answer the phone or indeed come out straight away. I left a voicemail and he called back within half an hour and was at my house an hour later. He quickly worked out that the cable had snapped and began the process of changing it. The job took around 40 minutes. It wasn't straightforward, as the cable was hard to access and it made it easier that I was there to assist. Dave's attention to detail impressed me the most and the fact he was careful not to damage the door itself and the wooden surround. He replaced the cable with a thicker version and changed the direction of the locking mechanism when I pointed out how it used to be before the cable had snapped. All in all it was a professional job done by someone who clearly knows his trade.

Dave came to our house to view the job and gave us a quote later that evening, which we accepted. We then booked in for the week after.

Quote was competitive. Turned up on time and installed doors with no fuss. All rubbish removved and area left tidy. 

I rang Dave on Friday morning at 9 am explaining I had a problem with my garage door and couldn’t open it. Dave arrived about 11.30 and by 12.15 had fitted new cables, lubricated guides and balanced the door.  

Prompt response and good value for money.  

The work was  carried out promptly, the two Daves were extremely friendly and polite, they did an excellent job all round and even swept the garage out when they had finished.
