We moved into the property 6 or 7 months ago, fully aware that a lot of work needed to be done on the house. The top priority was to get the windows and doors replaced as they were all single paned glass.

I got some quotes from the bigger national companies; but when Daniel was recommended to me I got in touch and, when I got his quote, it was three and a half times cheaper. What also impressed me most about Daniel is that there was absolutely no pressure selling and he came across as a friendly, honest and professional chap. 

His communication and customer service was second to none and the products he sells are two of the best in Europe (one is Swedish and the other German) - I did my research on them before committing. He produced CAD drawings of the house and how it would all look upon completion and, backed with a guarantee, I felt very comfortable with going ahead with DJL.

When the work began, they started with the upstairs and the work was carried out to the highest standard. All the old windows were taken away and the areas were left clean and tidy. We immediately felt the difference in the warmth of the house upstairs having spent a winter with single glazing. 

As the project progressed, we felt comfortable at all stages with the punctuality and communication we received, together with Daniel and the workmen being very accommodating to our needs.

We are 100% happy with all aspects of the service, products and workmanship and I have no hesitation in recommending Daniel to anyone.

I am completely satisfied with the work carried out by DJL. They did everything they said they would, were professional and polite, and their workmanship was excellent.

DJL did an absolutely fantastic job. They were very punctual, polite, friendly, trustworthy and they tidied up each evening to the point of where you would not know that workmen had been onsite.

As I had to go out to work each day, I was happy to know that my wife felt completely comfortable with having them in and on the property as they were all extremely pleasant.

We were so delighted with the work that we were happy to allow DJL to put an A-Board in our front garden as some of the neighbours wanted their details.

I was very impressed with Daniel and my entire experience with DJL was extremely positive. From the initial quote, through to completion, I received excellent customer service. They did everything they said they would - they quoted three days and the work was completed in three days. They removed all the other fascia boards and guttering and left the properties tidier than they were before they started.

The fitters were absolutely fantastic and nothing was too much trouble - they were some of the nicest people you could meet and very polite too. Although I was on the property whilst they were there, had I needed to go out then I would have felt extremely comfortable in leaving them a key to access the house facilities. They were pleasant and trustworthy.

I would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone and, when I am in a position to have a new conservatory erected, they will be my first port of call.
