I called Stephen Flowers earlier this week and made an appointment for him to come to our house this morning and resolve three plumbing problems. Two required relatively straightforward component changes; the third was a long-term, intractable problem involving moving debris in the hot water system that had partially blocked one tap and defied the best efforts of experienced plumbers for several years.

Stephen arrived on time; he was pleasant, courteous, and professional. He quickly replaced the first two components, and then, with commendable persistence and ingenuity, he finally managed to clear that part of the hot water system that had been partially blocked by the debris for such a long time. Having done that, he cleaned up behind himself and left, leaving behind a lasting impression of excellent service and professionalism.

From the outset, Steve provided great design ideas - he certainly has a good eye for what will look good.

He projected managed the entire refurbishment of two bathrooms and removed any potential stress that this could have had for us.

He was professional and friendly, flexible (in that he scheduled the work around our convenience), managed the budget very well, took great pride in his work and kept us informed of what was going on at all times. He was also an exceptionally tidy worker, compared to any other tradesmen we have had in the past!

We are extremely pleased with the service and the results. I regularly recommend him to other people and I would certainly use him again when needed.

Until I met Steve, I had not come across any other tradesman who could compare to his high standard of service - he is a breath of fresh air.

During the planning stages, he offered good practical advice, was very knowledgeable about his trade and advised on cost-savings where appropriate.

His attention to detail is meticulous and he is very thorough in his standard of work e.g., he carefully inspected every item he unwrapped and if there was even the slightest mark (some of which I wouldn't even have noticed!) he would send it straight back to the supplier. He would only fit products that were in absolute pristine condition.

He and his team were always punctual, cleared up every day, provided excellent workmanship and communicated exactly what was being done with all costs being totally transparent, with no hidden extras.

I could not fault Steve in any way and am hoping to have him revamp the canteen and office at my business premises in the near future.

I would certainly highly recommend him to anyone.

Steve is a friendly, professional and considerate tradesman, who did an excellent job and kept us informed at all times throughout the project. We are very pleased with the work and overall service carried out and found him to be good value for money. I have already recommended him to others.

From start to finish Steve was very professional in every aspect and very pleasant to deal with. Although we had a plan in mind, Steve was very helpful putting forward his own ideas which were very welcome.
