Summary:
Old boiler removed and replace with a combi boiler with the space then utilised with a toilet and handbasin. Refurbished the cloakroom and carried out other various jobs for me.
Comments:
I first met Wayne when I was Director of Services at my previous workplace, where he was our approved contractor.
Since retiring 10 years ago, Wayne has carried out numerous jobs for me at my home. I live in a dormer bungalow and another one of the jobs he did was to convert some bedroom space into a beautiful ensuite with a shower.
The following is my true and honest opinion of Wayne:-
He is a genuine, honest, polite and lovely chap who I trust implicitly. I feel very comfortable about having him in my home and have never had any qualms about leaving him a key to get on with work whilst I wasn't there. I always turn to him for any maintenance work, which he has always carried out to an excellent standard.
I would recommend him to anyone wholeheartedly.

Summary:
As the owner of a hair salon, with living quarters above, Wayne has carried out all our property maintenance, such as installation of a new bathroom in the upstairs property, installed new doors, various plumbing work and more.
Comments:
I could not fault Wayne on any aspect of his work or service. He is reliable, trustworthy, very personable and takes great pride in his work.
Once, when we called him about a job, we discovered that he was working in London and he said 'no problem, I will come to you on my way home', which he did. Very dependable.
I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

Summary:
Total refurbishment of bathroom and cloakroom and installation of new combi boiler. Wayne also carried out some garden landscaping and carpentry work, such as boxing-in pipework in cloakroom and new gate.
Comments:
Wayne has carried out several projects for me and he is always my first port of call when I need any work doing.
He listens to what you want and is great at providing helpful advice and suggestions. He is very knowledgeable and certainly knows his trade well.
Friendly, professional and very easy to get along with. I always recommend him to others.

The builders were very clean, efficient and helpful, even when extra unplanned work had to be done. I never had one concern about leaving the house with them still working or that they would leave the gate open or not provide access to the garden for my three dogs.
