A good experience

Norman arrived and diagnosed the problem quickly and got it working again. He is such a nice man and made me feel completely reassured. He was friendly and personable and showed respect for my home by taking his shoes off.

Mr Grundy has done a superb job with the lighting and other electrics in our home. He is a highly intelligent, skilled worker, and made excellent suggestions for our lighting scheme. I would recommend him unreservedly to anyone who wants a high quality service, delivered with skill, honesty, and an unfailing sense of humour. 5 stars plus!

In our road we had ten street lights but the council recently replaced them and subsituted the ten with only five; this reduced the visibility outside our house so we felt that we had to have some exterior lighting fitted as I am disabled and need to ensure that there are no obstructions when entering/leaving my front door.

Norman provided an excellent service and workmanship. He installed a lovely carriage lamp and also a PIR sensor light. He was punctual and great value for money. I would recommend him to everyone.

Norman is excellent at his job. He is really friendly and knows his trade well. I was recommended to use him by someone and I would gladly recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician.

Norman did a sterling job. Thanks to him my lounge is now looking prettier and I do not have to worry about hitting the hall light when opening/closing the cloakroom door - all at a decent price. He was very friendly and even offered good advice on what lights to get to help save on electricity, as the house is a new build fitted with various lights. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have some electrical work done.

All the work carried out by Norman was of a very high standard. He was punctual and tidy (put sheets down and had his own vacuum). He is very knowledgeable about his trade and he did an excellent job, often going the extra mile.

Norman is a gentleman and a very nice person. He is also a kind man and quite caring. He is friendly yet professional i.e., not over-friendly he knows his place in your home.
