Not only was Mike good enough to tell us that the job was probably not worth doing due to the cost of the required repair (thus doing himself out of a profitable job), he even had an up to date recommendation for a good value replacement machine.

Michael is a very polite, considerate and friendly chap. He even went to the trouble of washing the floor after removing the old machine, before installing the new one.

We had just moved house and could not get the washing machine to drain. We phoned Michael and made an appointment for him to come out to have a look. However, when we said we'd just moved, he told us he could diagnose the problem over the phone. He did, and it worked! So I'd just like to say thanks to Michael for giving us the benefit of his wisdom over the phone thereby saving everyone alot of time and expense.

Analysed the fault, repaired motor and performed relevant safety tests. Gave clear instuctions on running in the new motor carbons. Sent a full breakdown of works completed and electrical safety checks carried out on his invoice, which was e-mailed to us on the same day.

Swift service, clean and tidy. Good value for money. 1 year guarantee on the work on a 6 year old machine. Gave advice on any future purchase of a replacement machine when the time comes. 

Michael responded quickly to my call and came at short notice. The weekend was coming and we were concerned as we have two kids and were not looking forward to trips to the laundrette!

Michael was personable and also gave me advice over the phone, trying to help me fix the problem to try and save on him coming out.

Integrated appliance was removed to repairers workshop. An intermittent fault was discovered which required major dismantling to diagnose and replace part. Some aspects of built in structure, e.g. appliance fascia panel and unit kick board were removed. Extensively tested after repair in workshop.

Returned to clients kitchen and fully re-installed including door fascia and kick board. At request of client the kick board was sealed to the floor as it was before removal.

Kick board sealing failed almost immediately and repairer was quick to resolve.

Michael was as professional as his existing feedback suggested.  I was most impressed with his enthusiasm, advice and thorough checking of our Bosch washing machine beyond the faulty heating element he'd quickly diagnosed (& replaced).  One of the good guys!

Competent on telephone diagnosis with clear indication of price. Arranged timely appointment. Punctual arrival and efficient resolution of original problem. Diagnosis of second (motor) problem as a result of thorough checking. Clear option to fix (or not), new issue explaining that a revisit to resolve it later would be more expensive. New brushes fitted and Michael explained the old ones were so badly worn they would have failed within the next month or two. Carefully cleaned up and collected all waste. 

An excellent, professional job - I would certainly recomment Michael to anyone wanting a domestic appliance repair.
