Alan is a pleasure to deal with, he is obliging and provides a real personal touch. When we were at the stage of getting quotations, there was absolutely no pressure whatsoever or no hard sell.
We were delighted with the quality of work and the service. They were punctual, took all the rubbish away to leave the place clean and tidy and I couldn't fault them on anything. We also feel that we got excellent value for money.
