For our HMO rental properties, they perform bi-weekly cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms on scheduled days. Their communication is outstanding; I receive timely updates via WhatsApp regarding their entry and exit times at each property, along with completion photos. 

When a tenant is preparing to vacate, we inform them of our cleanliness expectations and share AKTE's contact information. Should the property not meet our standards upon their departure, we promptly engage AKTE Cleaning to ensure it is restored to the required condition. 

Ayshe is very professional, reliable, dependable and accommodating, and all her staff that I have met have been polite and friendly. We have never encountered any issues with their service, and their cleaning quality is exceptional.
