Half of my fence had fallen down in the recent heavy winds and needed fixing quickly as the property was up for sale. All four posts were completely broken and another was loose on the other part of the fence.

Keith was very prompt in assessing the damage to my fence and providing a quote. He was very busy due to all the fences damaged in the recent high winds but managed to get mine done very quickly as the property was up for sale.

Summary:
Replace old low-level wooden fence and gate with new 6' feather-board fence and gate - total length of new fencing 26 metres. Remove and dispose of old fence, gate and concrete posts.

I had tried to obtain a quote from a larger local company but despite two phone calls to them and promises that they would ring back to arrange when to come and size up the job, nothing happened and I eventually received a written quote by post (without a site visit) after the work had been done by Acorn Fencing!
By contrast, Keith and Acorn Fencing agreed when to call on the first visit, and he arrived at the agreed time/date. After measuring up the work, he gave me a verbal quote which was very competitive, and we agreed to go ahead. Because an earlier job was completed earlier than anticipated, Keith rang me to see if the work could be brought forward by 3 days, which I was very happy to agree to.
Keith and his colleague arrived, again at the agreed time, and they immediately set to work. They both worked extremely hard and completed the whole job within the day (I had thought it would take at least a couple of days!). Throughout, they were both very professional, polite, and kept me informed on what they were doing. On completion, they tidied up all debris and left the area as they had found it. The actual fencing is even better that I had hoped for, and they have done a really excellent job, including manufacturing the gate from scratch.
I have no hesitation in recommending Acorn Fencing.
