Richard was very polite, professional and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. He helped us to move some items of furniture before he started the cleaning and offered to do the same on completion. He has made an excellent job of the carpets and rug and we are more than happy with everything he did.

We shall use him again soon to clean our stairs and landing carpet.

Preston are clearly knowledgeable and honest, they carried out an extremely thorough job and were very transparent with me regarding the process and what was necessary to get the carpet satisfactory for my end of tenancy inspection. Richard did a fantastic job on my carpet; I was stunned with the finished results! It’s like I have new carpets again. I have white/cream carpets that were pretty stained and they are now gleaming. I won’t go anywhere else now. Thanks so much!!! 

Do not use anybody else to clean your carpets, Richard Preston is the best!!!! He is very friendly, professional and honest. He did an amazing job with my carpets, they all look like new, especially my cream bedroom carpet which I was close to having replaced because it was full of stains and just looked so grubby, but Richard has brought it up looking like new, not a stain in sight. There is no sticky residue left on my carpets and he used an agitator to lift the bobbly bits from the carpet left by constant walking over them with socks on. He cleaned my carpets whilst I was on holiday and I was more than happy to leave a key for him and let himself in because right from the start he made a good impression and I believed he was very trustworthy.

Very helpful, conscientious, thorough and friendly. All the very latest machinery and Richard used an agitator and rinsed afterwards (always a problem if it isn't rinsed).  I am amazed that the filthy carpets have come up like new with no stains left. 

I will definitely use Richard again - a true professional. I say this having used carpet cleaning companies many times before in my 77 years and no one else before has carried out such a good job.
