I had a door key broken.

Gary arrived on time and looked at various solutions to sort the problem. He did a great job, was friendly, gave great advice and sorted the problem

Gary kept in touch with us regarding the time he could call. He quickly identified the issue and within 10 minutes had it sorted with a full explanation of what had caused the problem. He was also able to explain that in the future we may need to have some remedial work done and what the cost would be.
